Netball Whakatane Centre [NWC] is seeking Representative Coaches & Managers for the following 2024 Representative Season roles:
- Under 14
- Under 16 A
- Under 16 B
- Under 18
These roles require enthusiastic and organised people to motivate individuals and teams to achieve success on and off the court. Coaches and Managers will provide an experience that will allow our athletes to develop the best technical skills and physical aptness to compete in day tournaments and/or at Championships and National Tournaments.
The ideal candidates will have some experience (the experience level required will be different for each age group), have a philosophy around developing fundamentally strong players, and have the ability to engage with the athletes, and build rapport and trust.
These positions are volunteer-based, there will be reimbursement contributions towards costs for the season. Coaches will also be given ongoing support and guidance as they continue their coaching journey.
We are looking for coaches for all different levels to work with the Netball Centre. If you would enjoy developing yourself as a Coach or Manager with an awesome bunch of athletes and volunteers, then we look forward to hearing from you and/or receiving your application.
